When ready each order is collected by our courier company and taken to directly to the address. It is normally within 2 hours plus drive time from when we book the service.
If the recipient is not at home the flowers will be left in a safe place. If this is not an option the flowers will be retuned to the store for collection or redelivery.
Only one delivery attempt will be made.
Flowers returned to the store and/or re-delivered will incur additional delivery charge/s
