Delivery Information

FlowerTrap offers a different delivery service.

When ready each order is collected by our courier company and taken to directly to the address. It is normally within 2 hours plus drive time from when we book the service.

If the recipient is not at home the flowers will be left in a safe place. If this is not an option the flowers will be returned to the store for collection or redelivery.

Only one delivery attempt will be made. Additional delivery will be charged.

Flowers returned to the store and/or re-delivered will incur additional delivery charge/s

Deliveries to THE CALILE HOTEL will not be accepted by the hotel unless you are registered guest
